Imagine Dragons Rocks Dolby Live with ACME

Imagine Dragons, the multi-platinum, GRAMMY®-winning band, kicked off 2023 with a private concert at Dolby Live which is an amphitheater at Park MGM on Thursday, January 5. Known for their hit songs Bones, Enemy, Demons, Radioactive, and Thunder, they took the theater to a rock-pop journey.

Music experience was top-notch. The 5,200-seat theater was outfitted with speakers that were everywhere from left, right, front, and ceiling and even against the back walls. This immersive feeling was dealt carefully to sweep fans over their feet but not drown them out.

"We are so excited to be partnering with Dolby to put on this special concert in Dolby Atmos," said Imagine Dragons frontman, Dan Reynolds. "It’s going to be an incredible night."

And a successful concert needs to be perfectly lit. 96 sets of GEMINI were set up on four parallel lines. 41,000 lumen output with Infinite pan & tilt movement guarantees a fair and high-intensity coverage area. Beam mode adopts 5 x 60W RGBW LEDs while strobe mode equips with 36 X 18W CW LEDs, altogether mixing up wondrous mood lights for this stage.

36x GEIST BEAM, placed on top of the stage, radiated strong projection of light energy from 500W LED engine at a super-tight 3° beam angle. 360,000lux at 5meter gives you best focus you need, not to mention full CMY & CTO mixing, 1 color wheel, 2 gobo wheel, 2 prisms. This compact design will deliver the effect to the fullest.

This show has definitely left an outstanding impression. And ACME underwent a unique experience transforming music vibe.
